One of our favorite things to do on a Sunday afternoon -as mentioned previously-
is throw the hiking boots -and the dog ;) - in the car and take off for the day.
Let's see where the road will take us...
We stopped for a short 1, 2 hr hike in Frontenac Park
It was still cloudy in the afternoon
We continued our drive north and stopped at one of the many lakes.
The sun came out and it warmed up in no time
Minnie was ready for a swim
We found restaurant near Sharbot Lake and stayed for supper.
Watching the sun set from the beach nearby we pondered how nice it would be to have a cottage up here....
What a fabulous day it has been!
