The warm April days behind us,
May greeted us in enticing shades of green.
Birds busying themselves mating, nesting and singing.
The air heavy with the scent of wild Honeysuckle and full of chatter and chirping of our feathery friends.
A Common Crackle watching up in the tree;
their yellow eyes intrigue me
This big tadpole ( the biggest one I have ever come across)
made me wonder if this is a junior of the invasive bullfrog?!
A pine warbler?
Cedar Waxwing
Minnie,
enjoying sloshing through the water
Wild Honeysuckle
A surprised mourning dove
After our walk we stopped by the big boy and took him out in the field for some munchies since his paddock is pretty grazed down already;
he starts to greet us now when we come!
