In early December we finally made some time to return to our old stomping-grounds
and embarked on a quick get-away east:
Montreal
Awww, just like the old days when we lived here:

Of course what would a visit to Montreal be without
Hmmmm, best bagel ever!!
And of course lunch @ Schwartz's !!
The line up is not even that long.

We strolled through our favorite Hood, The Plateau, and walked by Steve's old place
(when we first met)
In the evening there was a "Haendel's Messiah" Sing-Along.
It was quite good and we had fun joining in.
On our way out a couple of days later we checked out Atwater Market.
We left with a few specialties and headed back west.
